School started yesterday! No, I'm not sending Blake off to school. But we do go out and say "bye" to the neighbor kids and wave to the bus driver every morning. Then we come inside for breakfast and start our day. This morning was no different. Blake's favorite thing to do (and will do it ALL DAY) is look at books. Sometimes he wants me to read to him, and other times he just wants to look at the pages. He will browse all types of readings.......board books, hard covers, magazines and is even delicate when turning the pages in his Bible. His favorites right now are: Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?; Five Little Monkeys, Chicka Chicka ABC, I Went Walking, plus many, many others. As you can see, Blake found my little Wright Group books that I use for Reading Recovery tutoring. Later today, we are off to the Library. I wonder what he will find?
Oh-- and this is his flirting/showing off face. I don't have the heart to tell him it might just scare the girls away. :) He's still the funniest and sweetest schmookums ever!!!!!
Happy Tuesday! And I'm so thankful that I get to spend my Tuesday's with him---typical or not!
